Return of goods

If a product from stock is not to your liking (for whatever reason), it may be returned unused (trying on is allowed).

The costs for returning within the Netherlands are €4.95. For Belgium, a personal contribution of €7.50 applies. Due to the size of our shop, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

Outside the Netherlands, consultation will have to be held via info@4dox.nl. The costs depend on the country.

Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned (see general terms and conditions).
