Return of goods:

You can return unused goods within 30 days of purchase. 

If you request a return of the goods, contact us via email: expedice@4dox.cz, and we will send a GLS carrier for the goods. Please include your pickup address and pickup date in the email. In this case, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refunded amount, in the amount of: see transport cost

If you want to return the goods at your own shipment expense, it is of course possible. Send the packet to this address: 4dox, Mlýnská 211, 56164 Jablonné nad Orlicí, Czech Republic. Then we refund full amount.

Please include a copy of the invoice and note that you wish to return the goods. The amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Please tell us also the reasons for the return so that we can better oblige your request next time.

Unfortunately, we cannot arrange return shipping for goods outside the EU. Please send the goods at your own expense. Thank you.
