+ Fast delivery. The jacket is very nice, well made, but unfortunately it does not fit and I have to return. The pillbox is great, I'm already using it :)
- Complicated return policy. It's already standard that e-shops offer a code directly to the parcel office, and returns are usually free. Here it's more complicated for those who don't have a parcel app, because the customer has to generate the code himself, not everyone is tech-savvy... plus the customer has to pay for it, so he might change his mind about the next order. I think a lot of customers, including myself I admit, will be put off from making another purchase.
Goods quality that didn't fit is not the store's fault, But try to think of ways for customers to simplify returns. I believe it would pay off and people would return more often, or try again to buy a different size or a different product.

I have nothing to complain about. The quality of workmanship, the cut, the possibility of configuration at the top level. On the Entlebush sheepdog, boy, fits beautifully size L in the tightest condition. However, for a female, I might opt for M and would seriously recommend measuring several times :). Despite the fact that our hafan never had a harness, he acclimated immediately and seems to be happy :).

The harness is beautiful, came quickly and especially the adjustability is amazing. The lady even called me to make sure it would fit the dog.
