I purchased a custom made XL double chamber treat tray. Everything is fine, but there are only two observations I have and I would be happy if you would implement them in the future. The treat box is fine for one or two dogs. If you have a larger pack and need a treat tray for a day trip (hence not carrying extra treats in your pack) it's not very big. I'd make another version, which I'd make a couple of cm bigger in height :-)) The treat pocket is nice lined with material, but it's not actually as big as the whole treat box, so you don't use all the pocket space. That's my observations :-) otherwise I'm satisfied, thank you for the beautiful work and fast delivery :-)

If I should evaluate the purchased product (winter jacket) then I would have a couple of criticisms. 1/ the sleeve covers are made of material that is cold in winter, this means for me that I have to fit my warm sleeves under them 2/ the color of the fur is gray in the hood but white on the body, this is not desirable for me because I count on the fact that this is the clothing I want and can get dirty during activities with my dog. I understand that it is fashionable for some women, but I am not one of them. 3/ I chose the option with the pamperer, which is perfect by the way, BUT here I am bothered by the fact that it is given in which pocket it is attached with studs. I'm left handed but that doesn't change the fact that I lead the dog by default by my left leg, the leash is in my right hand and I reward with my left hand which is closer to the dog and that's where I need the treats. I have moved the treats there and they also hold loosely in my pocket but then why the tacks in the right pocket? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I rate rather because the comments may lead to an improved product for other customers. Despite the comments I have written here I am happy with the jacket, it has pockets which I use 100% and my hands are free and I don't need yes a backpack. Thank you and hopefully my review will be well understood ♥️
